La C Villa is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation rental located on the St. Maarten oceanfront. Perfect for 2, 4 or 6 people, villa La C is a fabulous St. Maarten oceanfront rental property on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. It is directly on the ocean with a very private 32' pool and sun deck on the ocean's edge featuring magnificent sunsets. La C is a fully air conditioned private home and offers three separate and comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom. Burgeaux Bay, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay are the nearest beaches yet everything on the Island is only a short drive away.
La C is tastefully and comfortably furnished with a mixture of rattan and eclectic accessories. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room which seats 6 to 8 people and a covered outdoor living - dining atrium. You have your own private 32 foot swimming pool next to the sea along with large private sun deck and lovely gardens. We provide a charcoal grill for your convenience. La C offers three air conditioned bedrooms for your sleeping comfort and three bathrooms with US current throughout the villa. A multiple speed ceiling fan is located in each room. Cable TV and a VCR are also available. Maid service is provided 6 days per week except for government holidays. A telephone is provided for local calls. Deposit required to open phone for long distance.


La C is on the Dutch side near Mullet and Maho Bay. It has a very private pool and is directly on the ocean. The view of the sunset is spectacular. It is 500 feet from Burgeaux Bay. It has three bedrooms and baths. Six day maid service provided. Cable TV, VCR, Phone.

Dine at any of St. Maarten's gourmet restaurants or La C has a fully equipped kitchen and charcoal grill. Choose the oceanfront vacation villa's indoor dining room or eat el fresco overlooking the ocean under the covered dining atrium. La C is elegantly and newly furnished with a mixture of rattan and island accessories. The vacation home has cable TV, DVD and Internet. Housekeeper provided 6 days per week except for government holidays. Rates Christmas-New Year has a two week minimum stay. Rates available on inquiry.
